I forgot what we were doing, Kramit

Hey there blog, what's been going on?
I'm finally sitting down to write again. I can't believe it's already November!
A few weeks ago I was script supervisor for a short film called An Open Mouth. Lately I've been hearing that the footage and rough cut look amazing. The director hopes to screen it at the Sundance Film Festival.
We filmed on location in South Haven, Michigan and stayed in a beach house. We worked hard and played hard. Unfortunately 5 days of sleep deprivation caught up with me once I got back home and was hit hard with a pretty nasty cold. Still trying to get over it.
I did get to see Jackass 3D two weeks ago! I was actually kind of disappointed. The jackass guys are getting old and fat. Definitely not at the same level of idiocy they used to be at. I guess they actually did a bit of growing up.
I hate to say Halloween weekend was a bit of a bust. I was doing overnights for work. My unofficial costume was "sexy dog-walker"...minus the sexy, especially because of my runny nose. Of course I couldn't let Halloween pass me by completely... on Sunday (actual Halloween), Renee, Kerry, and I drank pumpkin beer and watched the Roseanne Halloween Special... and ate a bag of chocolates. Simple yet wonderful.

I've had a perfectly enjoyable but unproductive weekend and now I'm trying to find the motivation to get the last of my homework done before it gets too late. Yay for daylight savings time adding an extra hour to my already full day. I'm getting ready for another film project. We're shooting later this week and all through the weekend. Granted, my job is pretty easy until I get on set. I'm just hoping this shoot won't result in another nasty cold.
