you'd look sweet on the seat of a bicycle built for two

Been feeling rather... peculiar... lately. And the fact that I just wrote "rather peculiar" is clearly evidence of that.
Against my better judgment, I created a twitter account. I secretly wish this social networking stuff would die, but I'm discovering that trying to become a part of the entertainment industry (even behind the scenes) you have to be connected. You have to be a presence everywhere.

I'm still working on the movie review thing. This past weekend I saw TRON: Legacy.
I feel like, to do a review on this movie any justice at all, I would have had to see TRON. the original. But as someone who saw the preview and laughed, I'm going to have to review it as such.
For entertainment value, TRON did a good job. The 3D versus 2D scenes (I almost just used the word "juxtaposed", thanks Uni. Westminster. That word is branded in my mind.) ... Ah, I feel liked I've drifted into writing a research paper and no one REALLY cares about the symbolism found in TRON (just know that it's there).
I was a little confused about who this movie is really aimed towards. My guess would be 30+ year old gamers or middle school/ high school aged boys. Maybe it's both.
The story was formulaic and the dialogue was cheesey... fortunately in a loveable way. And I'm sure the producers stuck in hottie, Garrett Hedlund, as the lead role because the story alone wasn't going to carry the movie.
He certainly had my attention.

"Rather peculiar" is just evidence that you've been watching Salad Fingers.

DON'T SEE THE ORIGINAL TRON! If you do, REMEMBER I WARNED YOU.
