I have made half-assed attempts at committing to a regular workout routine for years... but this time I'm actually going to do it, damn it! I figure I at least have the month of April. And May (because who are we kidding? I won't be caught dead at the beach unless it's at least 80. Or mid 70s). So I'm dedicating the next two months to eating right and exercising regularly... and looking for a job.
The tendinitis in my foot has finally righted itself once again so my fast track to getting buff starts now! I went for a short run today (just under a mile) and discovered exactly how out of shape I really am.
I have a lot of work to do.
