I haven't been eating sweets lately but today the craving was too much for me. But instead of spending my money on Oreos at Walgreens, I made my own cookies... out of a couple packets of instant oatmeal, some egg whites, butter, flour and sugar. And some cinnamon.
I put way too much sugar in, but it actually worked! I MacGyver'd myself some cookies! Ok, MacGyver doesn't do cookies but still.
I feel like I should save the last cookie and submit it to some sort of cooking contest.. for people who don't follow recipes. But Renee would totally win. So I'll probably give the cookie to her and see what she thinks.
