I spent Memorial Day weekend back home in Michigan.

Saturday I went back to my first college campus and revisited the Alma Highland Festival. I'm going to assume most of the people reading this are friends/family so you already know about my former days as a bagpiper and highland dancer.
As much as I enjoyed the festival, it just didn't have the same energy I felt when I was a part of it. Probably because I didn't have the adrenaline rush from competing in the events.
I took Emma along with me and we spent a good chunk of our time in the beer tent, getting buzzed and enjoying the live music.
