I'm gearing up to go back to Howell for the Balloonfest this weekend! I'm kind of bummed I'm missing out on the pride parade again this year. I don't care who you are, parade day is a fun day here in the city. Sure, the balloonfest is kind of grimy, for a lack of a better word... and it's full of annoying teenagers, but despite that, it's still actually pretty fun. It's a tradition I grew up with, and it's the perfect opportunity to hang out with my friends back home.

I have a growing list of things to do and it's kind of exciting but it's also overwhelming. Sometimes it's hard to find the motivation to do anything after working all day. But when else are you supposed to get stuff done?
