Well life seems to be on the up and up. I had a perfectly fantastic weekend, starting on Friday. On Saturday I got to experience the lovely Earwax Cafe. Yesterday I went to see my very first Burlesque show, by complete accident. That's what you get for going to a wine bar in Andersonville that's hidden on a side street. But it definitely wasn't a shady hole-in-the-wall, and despite feeling a little out of place, I had a blast! And the beer selection was fantastically unique. Maybe I should start reviewing bars... that would be a kick ass job! While wandering through Lincoln Square this weekend, I noticed a lot of really cool looking bars thay I decided I needed to check out. I've crossed the Brauhaus off the list... time to experience the rest of Lincoln Square's nightlife.
