I listened to that song no less than 5 times a night... not by choice. But faced with limited alternatives, it grew on me and I fell in love with that shitty beat. Possibly because my lungs had been raped and I was riding some crazy contact high. Nevertheless, I promise that Americans are just getting the sloppy seconds of 5 year old British trends.
I don't know how I feel about dubstep making its way into mainstream music, particularly because I don't know how I feel about dubstep as a genre. Sometimes I feel like it's done horribly wrong... but what do I know? I'm not a music expert.
Total hipster statement. I am ashamed of myself.

Yeah, hipsters. And I knew about cheap beer, trucker hats, wild-life screen prints, pocket tees and flannels before they were cool, too. Who knew that my dad in Howell Township, MI was a Chicago trendsetter?
