It's been a rather lazy Sunday, recovering from yesterday's adventures. Since St. Patrick's day is on a weekday this year, the city's official celebration was yesterday. We had a solid 9 hour run, but our night ended a bit early for Saturday standards. I'm just happy to have had a real St. Patrick's Day experience.
Lest we forget.. the Irish were not always so well loved. Basically, immigrants in the 19th century were dirty, disease-ridden people who talked funny and didn't understand the concept of modern plumbing/running water.
